On top of that, you’ll be gifted £50k worth of shares for joining. You won’t have to put capital in.

What you’ll need

You will be an experienced Corporate Partner with strong leadership skills.  You’ll have a portable client base, with a natural ability to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.  You’ll be a proactive networker and a skilled business developer

 

What you'll be walking into

My client is a law firm that has completely remodelled the traditional LLP structure and replaced it with a modern and equitable partnership. They have a stable and strong leadership structure which has been recognised externally.

They've built a full-service corporate group, supported by leading teams in banking, tax, regulatory and competition law, plus a  dedicated Due Diligence team to support on transactions. The cross-discipline support means you can chase bigger opportunities knowing the firm can service every client need.
