This firm has a Top Tier reputation in their local market for commercial services, a very strong client base (which includes a number of household names) and a significant proportion of Ex-City Lawyers amongst their ranks.
After our market research, it became apparent that the individual skill-set they were seeking did not exist locally. We therefore widened our research and started speaking with leading individuals outside of our client’s immediate geographic location. As a result of our wider, creative exploration, we secured three Partners on behalf of our client who went on to drive significant strategic growth.
After just a couple years of success within the firm, and in line with our clients' plans to expand their geographical offering along the M4 Corridor, an additional office was launched. This demonstrated the value of hiring from a wider talent pool and the subsequent networking and business development opportunities that can be realised through this approach.
